Please note we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-show appointments without prior communication will be subject to a charge of the full treatment fee. For short notice cancellations, if the slot is unable to be filled by the time of the appointment, a late cancellation fee may be applied. ICBC will cover the entirety of the first initial treatment. For all subsequent visits, ICBC will cover all amount for 45 minutes treatment. For 60 minutes massage, the remaining amount is $24.75. Please provide claim number and date of the accident in the intake form prior to your visit.
